In information released Wednesday, Del Webb announced plans for ‘Del Webb Heartwood,’ a 310-acre site near I-95 and alongside the Jerico River.
The sales center is expected to open in spring 2025.
Floorplans range in size from about 1,300 to over 2,700 square feet. Prices are expected to begin in the $400,000s.
The community will include a boathouse, clubhouse, fitness studio, indoor and outdoor pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and meeting space.
