Sacral Chakra Activation- Wombmen’s Circle

It’s that time of month again Ladies! Us Wombmen are meeting up for our Wombmen’s Circle, the Wednesday of May. In this circle, we’ll be led through sacral activation exercises and creating vision/mood boards.

Brigit Celznick from Brigit RoseArts will guide us in understanding what the chakras are and their energetic expressions. She is an artist and runs her business creating pieces full of surrealism, etherealness and magic. She likes to refer to her art as windows to enchanted realms and portals craved out with paint and anchored here on Earth. Every piece is sacredly made. Brigit regards the process as a spiritual experience with the Earth and our Universe.

We’ll gather to express our own version of creativity with mood and vision board making surrounded in Savannah’s upcoming creative center : SAW THE WHEEL. Us Wombmen will have a first sneak peak at this new location that has yet to open to the public.

What to Bring:

• Art supplies!!
• canvas, posters, paint brushes, markers, pencils, pens
• scissors
• glue sticks
• cardboard
• magazines
• Anything around your home you have spare of that you would like to use or bring

• Snacks

Us Wombmen Circle Guidelines:

• No technology
• Bring an attitude of partnership: be both the teacher & the student
• Bring open mindedness and respect for anecdotal evidence and traditional knowledge/practices
• No gossiping but definitely can ask for advice on situations
• EVERYTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL

This is part of the Us Wombmen Circles in Savannah. A monthly women’s circle where we celebrate the powerful and magical feminine form without shame.

It’s a safe space to come share your story, witness other’s stories, and develop deep connections and sisterhood.

We want to live in a world where the importance of female power & intuition are celebrated.

In promoting these values and to protect the intimacy and vulnerability of this group, attendees must be humans born into female bodies.
